Embrace The Flavors of 12th and 13th Century Italy!

It’s a Porchetta, and it’s Amazing!

March 10th, 2018

Yes, the Porchetta of today is a true descendant of recipes found in the Vatican libraries originating in the 12th and 13th Century in Italy.

Porchetta was originally made from a whole deboned pig, seasoned , rolled , and cooked in a pit for 6 to 8 hours. It certainly involved a ton of labor, but the product was well worth the work and wait.

And the Southbridge Italian Club is about to share this incredible food in a more upscale manner with you in true Italian Style.

A multi course Italian Feast is coming your way. The tickets are 30 dollars per person, and included is the tip for the waitstaff.

Now please don’t confuse this with your typical 10 dollar spaghetti and meatball fundraiser. For your 30 dollars you will be getting 5 courses of food served on a china place setting.

Appetizers, authentic Italian Soup, bread, pasta with an incredibly delicious sauce, salad, Porchetta, and what would this meal be without a cannoli to finish.

This is a great nite out for all, and you will not be disappointed.

Doors open at 6:30pm, remember, we have an awesome bar for a pre meal cocktail or aperatif, dinner served at 7:30pm. Mark your Calendar Now, and buy your tickets now, we always sell this out…fast!
