All Member Assignments and Money Return Info Here..
Ok, lots of info for everyone.
First and most importantly, all monies for Lottery raffle tickets as well as for Lamb BBQ , are to be returned Wednesday at 6:30 at the Italian Club.
Now…Drum roll please…….. here are the times to show up at the club for according to youer assignments:
Friday, August 25th, 6 pm : All those that would like to help cut the lamb are to show up with knives and cutting boards, at the Club. Report to Dave Fantaroni.
Saturday, August 26th, 12 noon: All setup of grounds to take place. This includes tents, tables, chairs, booths , banners, cleaning, etc. report to Paul Digregorio.
Sunday, August 27th, 10 AM: All kitchen personnel, cooks, grill people, etc.. meet with Dave Fantaroni
11 AM: All Bartenders report to Paul Digregorio
11 AM: Ticket Collectors, sales, report to Mike Bonadies
11 AM: All Food Servers, report to Dino Tarquinio
11 AM: All Bake Sale people : Report to Pat LeDonne..Plz make sure if you are bringing baked goods that you include a written list of ingredients for all to see.This is to inform those with food allergies.
12 Noon: Any miscellaneous duties Report to Dave Fantaroni
Rest of day:
We are looking for volunteers to assist throughout the picnic with trash emptying, pickup, putting away tables and chairs as the need arises, as well as to finish the breakdown of the event at its conclusion.
