Join us for the first ever “Sauce Off” Where amateur chefs enter their sauce to be chosen as “Campione Salsa” and whose winning sauce will be feature at Rovezzi’s Ristorante.
May 14th, 2016 from 6 – 9 PM
This includes tasting of all sauce entrees, pasta, bread and a glass of wine.
All sauce entries must be at the ITAM by 5:00PM and must be minimum of 1 gallon
First 20 entrees will compete for “Campione Salsa”
